Redata Pvt. Ltd. is a company registered in Nepal, operating since 2013. By placing an order, you represent that you are a business entity or a professional in the construction industry and are at least 18 years old.

3. Products and Services
We supply premium branded construction chemicals. We strive to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. The application of our products should be carried out by qualified professionals.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupee and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Payment terms (e.g., advance payment, credit terms for established B2B clients) will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process.

5. Orders and Contracts
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Redata Pvt. Ltd. We deliver products across Nepal. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the specified site. You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any visible defects or discrepancies.

7. Returns and Refunds
Given the nature of our chemical products, returns are accepted only for defective items or incorrectly shipped products, subject to inspection. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, mixed, or used.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redata Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for unsatisfactory workmanship or structural failures resulting from improper application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
